最初，乐队由Dave Pino(吉他/主音)创建。随后，贝斯手Vazquez和鼓手Hengst相继加入。在演奏吉他solo的时候，乐队发现他们需要另外一个吉他手。他们找到了Noelle，Damone阵容形成。

2003年，Damone发行了第一张专辑From The Attic。然而不久之后，乐队创始人之一Pino离队。4个月后，乐队决定再寻找一个主音吉他，现任吉他手Mike Woods加入。现在的Damone乐队正式形成。而Damone与RCA的合约也中止了。

最终Damone与Island签约，并在2006年发行了第二张专辑Out Here All Night。

2008年12月，乐队发行了第三张专辑Roll The Dice。

另外，Damone也在美国、日本等地做过巡回演出。
