金京波
金京波,男,1974年3月出生于吉林省图们市,博士,研究员,博士生导师。1996年在中国农业大学获得学士,1999年和2002年分别在韩国庆尚国立大学获得硕士和博士学位。2002年3月至2008年11月,金京波先后在韩国浦项工业大学和普渡大学进行博士后工作。现任中国科学院植物研究所研究员及课题组组长。2008年,金京波入选“百人计划”。至今,他已发表SCI收录刊物论文34篇,其中包括两篇通讯(或共同通讯)作者论文和五篇第一(或共同第一)作者论文。目前,金京波正在指导5名博士生和4名硕士生。

研究方向
融合遗传、生化、分子和细胞生物学的方法,研究sumoylation和组蛋白去甲基化在环境胁迫感应和植物发育过程的调控机制。
主要研究领域及内容
1. 在动物,蛋白质加SUMO化调控免疫系统,细胞分裂和分化,脱氧核糖核酸修饰,epigenetic基因表达,细胞核细胞质物质移动,信号传导等。我要阐明sumoylation调控植物抗逆反应和发育程序机制,包括但不限于:(1)筛选及研究SIZ1和SUMO相互作用分子;(2)发现及研究SIZ1的下游基因;(3)筛选及研究siz1suppressor 突变体;(4) 研究SIZ1自身调控的机制。
2. 组蛋白甲基化(Histone methylation) 影响基因表达和染色质状况,调节多细胞生物的激素和胁迫反应及发育程序。最近的科学研究结果发现组蛋白去甲基化酶(histone demethylase)对植物的开花时期和发育起重要的调控作用。除此之外,好多抗逆相关基因的表达与组蛋白甲基化有密切联系,但对其调节机制并不清楚。我的远程目标是阐明植物组蛋白去甲基化酶的功能及作用机制。(1)研究SUMO modification调节FLD (一个组蛋白去甲基化酶) 蛋白质活性的机制;(2)建立完善抗逆基因表达和组蛋白去甲基化的相关性。(3) 发现新的组蛋白去甲基化酶并研究它们的功能和作用机制。
3. 利用所得到的研究结果,结合已有的技术基础,开发抗逆及符合不同生长环境的高产量农作物或能源作物。
