潘峰
清华大学教授
潘峰,男,博士,清华大学教授、博士生导师,国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队负责人,全国优秀科技工作者。长期在新材料领域从事薄膜材料结构与性能调控技术、声表面波材料与器件、阻变存储材料与器件、磁性材料与自旋电子学等研究,获四项国家级和十项省部级科研成果奖励,以及何梁何利基金奖、中国真空科技成就奖。发表SCI论文300余篇,出版专著两部、教材一本,授权国家发明专利30余项,国际专利2项。

潘峰,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。
1993年潘峰毕业于清华大学材料科学与工程,获博士学位。
潘峰毕业后任职于北京航空材料研究所,现担任清华大学材料学院教授、博士生导师。并在众多学会担任兼职委员以及顾问。
潘峰主要从事薄膜材料结构与性能调控技术、声表面波材料与器件、阻变存储器材料与器件、自旋电子学材料与器件、离子束与材料相互作用方面的研究。
潘峰发表SCI论文200余篇;在国际学术会议作大会或邀请报告十余次,编著出版专著一部。申请发明专利31件,授权18件。
1999年至2012年先后获得国家自然科学、国家技术发明、国家科学技术进步等奖项。
