赵凤起( Feng-Qi Zhao),博士,研究员。现任
西安近代化学研究所(204所)燃烧重点实验室主任,是我国著名含能材料专家。204所火炸药技术创新团队荣获国防科工委第一批国防科技创新团队名单。自2003年起,他荣获集团公司级科技带头人、火炸药燃烧
国防科技重点实验室主任,火炸药技术创新团队带头人等称号。
