杨凤林,男,1944年8月生,1969年毕业于大连工学院化工系,1981年获工学硕士学位,教授、博士生导师,大连理工大学环境环境学科开创人和奠基人之一。

现任环境学科博士点点长、院学术委员会主任、环境工程研究设计研究院董事长。社会兼职:中国环境科学学会理事,辽宁省环境科学学会副理事长,辽宁省环境科学学会
环境工程专业委员会主任,辽宁省环境产业协会副会长,大连市环境科学学会理事长。
主要贡献
负责国家重大水专项、863课题、国家自然科学基金、高校博士点科研基金等国家及省部级项目共计10余项;发表学术论文300余篇,其中SCI、EI收录160余篇;承担技术开发及工程设计项目80余项;获得国家科学技术进步奖1项省部级科技进步奖5项;市级科技进步奖4项;申请发明专利13项,其中已授权6项。培养“洪堡学者”2名,所培养的孟凡刚博士在2010年发表的文章被评为“中国最有影响力学术论文”。

博士、硕士研究方向:
(1)膜分离技术,主要研究内容:膜生物反应器(MBR)、曝气膜生物膜反应器(AMBfMR)、动态膜生物反应器、超滤(UF)和反渗透(RO)处理技术;
(2)先进生物处理技术,主要研究内容:好氧颗粒污泥、厌氧氨氧化(厌氧氨氧化菌)、同时硝化反硝化除磷等;
(3)环境电化学技术,主要研究内容:导电聚合物电极材料、微生物燃料电池、电Fenton和电氧化还原处理污水应用基础研究;
(4)工业生态与环境规划,主要研究内容:工业生态园规划、流域水循环经济、污染场地风险评价与生态修复;
(5)污水深度处理与回用技术,主要研究内容:工业废水与污水处理厂出水深度处理回用的集成技术。
