《Stronger》的MV在东京拍摄，由海普·威廉姆斯执导。MV开始，蠢朋克乐队托马斯·本高特和盖-马努尔·德霍曼-克里斯托在一个高科技房间中用高科技治疗坎耶·维斯特，视频中还有摩托车团伙。其中岛铁雄人体试验、医院走廊里爆发能量等经典桥段，坎耶·维斯特都1比1演绎。此外，坎耶·维斯特对最初的MV最初版本并不满意，在回到美国后，又花费了许多资金去改造该MV。

2007年9月，《Stronger》以20万零5千次的下载量险超上周美国公告牌百强单曲榜冠军、年轻的说唱歌手、制作人Soulja Boy的处子单曲《Crank That (Soulja Boy)》。

2010年，音乐制作人Vince P提出指控，他声称坎耶·维斯特的单曲《Stronger》与他自己创作的同名作品存在过度的相似性，从而可能侵犯了他的版权。2012年8月，法官Diane Wood判决表示，尽管两首曲均引用了19世纪德国哲学家弗里德里希·威廉·尼采的名言，初看似是巧合得离谱，但坎耶·维斯特已恰当之处，这些名言在过去一个世纪里已经多次出现在不同歌曲的歌词里，所以不认同Vince P所指的相似之处，能构成侵犯版权。
