2.      环境及食品中污染物的免疫分析

多年从事生态环境和食品安全领域小分子有机污染物的免疫分析技术及应研究。一方面在分析技术领域进行了新的尝试，如半抗原设计、噬菌体展示技术应用、纳米抗体制备、多残留检测等，提高分析的灵敏度、特异性和自动化程度。另一方面将免疫分析技术用于生态环境和食品安全领域监测，摸索免疫分析与仪器分析高效结合的方法，克服区域大尺度范围环境监测中样品量大、分析复杂和成本高等缺点。
