冯新斌,男,中共党员,博士研究生学历,现任
中国科学院地球化学研究所所长、党委书记,环境地球化学国家重点实验室主任。他也是博士生导师和研究员。
个人简介
冯新斌成功建立和改进了大气汞的采样方法和分析技术,解决了大气颗粒物不同形态汞定量测定的关键问题;获得了对地气间汞交换过程及机理的新认识。揭示了不同人为活动对大气环境汞污染的影响机制,提出了控制人为活动对大气环境汞污染的合理措施;揭示了西南高汞区大气汞源和地/气间气态汞的交换通量及控制机理,建立了相关的理论模型,发现汞矿化带土壤的自然排汞是大气汞的重要来源,改变了长期以来国际上将大气汞含量升高完全归咎人为活动的认识;系统开展了汞污染严重的陆地和水生生态系统中汞的迁移转化规律和生态环境效应研究,取得了水稻能富集
甲基汞的创新认识,打破了长期以来国际上将人体甲基汞暴露完全归咎于食用鱼等水产品的认识。
人物履历
中国科学院地球化学研究所副所长、党委副书记、地球化学研究所纪委书记,环境地球化学国家重点实验室副主任、研究员,博士生导师,国家
中华人民共和国国家自然科学基金委员会杰出青年基金获得者。1988年毕业于中国地质大学(武汉)地球化学系地球化学与勘查专业,获工学
学士。1988年9月至1991年7月在
湖北省地质矿产局安全环保研究所从事环境监测工作。1991年8月至1997年10月在中国科学院地球化学研究所环境地球化学国家重点实验室攻读硕士和博士学位,主要从事汞的环境地球化学研究,并于1994年和1997年分别获地球化学理学硕士和博士学位。1997年11月至2000年12月在瑞典
哥德堡大学无机化学系从事博士后研究,主要研究方向为大气汞的环境化学。1999年入选
中国科学院“百人计划”。2000年12月回国工作。2001年5月至2002年4月在
加拿大气象中心和Ryerson大学化学生物和化工系进行合作研究;2002年12月在芬兰科学中心VTT做访问学者;2005年12月至2006年3月,在美国国家环保局(
美国国家环境保护局)做高级研究学者;2007年2月至2007年7月,在加拿大Trent大学化学系做高级访问学者;2009年9-11月,在挪威水环境科学研究所(NIVA)做高级访问学者,2010年10月在
日内瓦大学做高级访问学者。
1998年获
中国环境科学学会首届“青年科技奖”;2000年获
中国矿物岩石地球化学学会第八届“
侯德封奖”;2003年获
贵州省青年科技奖;2004年度、2006年度、2007年度获
