董保民，男，是浙江大学区域经济开放与发展研究中心的教师和REOD研究员。他在1996年获得了西北大学的经济学硕士学位，并在2004年获得了加拿大Concordia大学的经济学博士学位。董保民的研究领域包括电力传输网络的成本分享、博弈论和应用、制度移植、经济演化与增量改革产权边界以及机场博弈与起降费改革等。他与其他学者合作发表了多篇学术论文，如《制度移植、经济演化与增量改革产权边界——基于中国经济改革路径的动态考察》（与江曙霞、张小博合作）和《机场博弈与起降费改革》（与郭桂霞合作）等。
