上海生科院生化细胞所研究员
丁建平 男 1982年1月南京大学获理学学士学位;1984年10月中山大学获理学硕士学位;1987年10月复旦大学获理学博士学位。1987年11月至1989年6月,中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所博士后。1989年7月至1991年8月,德国柏林自由大学结晶学研究所洪堡基金会奖研金学者。1991年9月至2001年1月,美国新泽西州罗格斯大学,先后任化学与化学生物学系研究助理、研究助理教授、研究副教授,以及高级生物技术和医学研究中心助理研究员和研究员。2000年11月起,任中科院中国科学院上海生命科学研究院生化细胞所研究员,为中科院“百人计划”引进的杰出青年学术带头人,获得2001年国家杰出青年基金资助,2006年入选国家人事部“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。现任生化细胞所学术委员会副主任,分子生物学国家重点实验室副主任,“中国生物化学与分子生物学学会”理事、“蛋白质组学专业委员会”副主任委员、“蛋白质科学专业委员会”常务理事;“中国生物物理学会”理事;“中国晶体学会”常务理事;“亚洲晶体学会”常务理事等;中国《生物化学与生物物理学报》《生物化学与生物物理进展》和《生命的化学》编委、英国《The Biochemical Journal》编辑顾问委员会委员等
主要成果
研究领域为结构生物学,研究工作主要是运用蛋白质结晶学、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学等方法,研究生物大分子的结构和功能。目前研究工作主要围绕一些具有重要生物学意义、并且与重要疾病相关的人源蛋白质的结构和功能进行研究,特别是参与染色质修饰的蛋白质、参与营养和能量调节的mTOR信号转导通路的蛋白质、以及参与合成和分解代谢过程的重要酶蛋白等。近五年来主持、参与并完成国家、科学院和地方政府的多项重大研究项目。现已在国际重要学术刊物上发表研究论文100多篇,其中包括Nature, Nature Struct Biol, PNAS, embo J, J Biol Chem, Nucleic Acid Res, Structure, J 摩尔 Biol, Biochem J, Virology等。这些研究工作不仅阐述了一些重要蛋白质分子的生物功能的结构基础、反应机理、结构和功能的关系等一系列科学问题,具有重大的科学意义;同时还为探索与这些蛋白的功能失调相关的疾病的发病机理、寻找疾病诊断的新靶标和新方法、设计和开发抗病毒和抗疾病药物等奠定了分子基础,具有重要的潜在应用价值。
