基因工程、脂质/
糖类代谢、光合固碳机制等研究。主要方向为利用正向/反向遗传学/
合成生物学研究光合
藻类细胞物质与能量传递的分子调控机制。
作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金、
上海市自然科学基金、973计划子课题等多个国家级/省部级项目。已在包括
植物学Top期刊Plant Physiology、生物工程与应用微生物Top期刊
生物技术 for Biofuels等杂志上发表SCI等论文20多篇,
谷歌 Scholar总被引用超过600次,单篇引用超120次;申请发明专利14项。担任Frontiers in Plant Science和Frontiers in Bioengineering and Biotechnology客座编委。Biotechnology for Biofuels、Biotechnology Journal、Algal Research、Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology等期刊审稿人。主讲本科生《生物化学实验》、《进化生物学》等课程。指导国家级/
