杨倩，女，空军军医大学神经外科教授，2015年12月22日，荣获第十二届“中国青年女科学家奖”。

杨倩，第四军医大学神经外科教授。

曾任第十三届全国人民代表大会代表。

在2009年，杨倩于世界范围内率先从自噬（CMA）的角度阐释了帕金森病的致病蛋白α-synuclein致使多巴胺能神经元死亡的机制，构建了CMA自噬-α-synuclein-MEF2D调节通路，为帕金森病的发病提供了全新的理论依据。这一研究成果被赞为2009年帕金森研究的两项重要发现之一，发表在国际顶尖杂志《Science》上，并得到重点评论。该论文先后被《自然》等杂志引用127次，还被纳入外文专著。
