黄振坤，集美大学教授，集美大学理学院副院长，浙江大学博士，研究方向为神经网络，模糊控制和非线性动力系统。

福州大学获理学硕士学位，浙江大学获理学博士学位。2012年福建省杰青基金获得者；在国内外重要学术刊物上发表SCI检索论文30余篇，包括《IEEE Trans. Neural Netw.》、《IEEE Trans. Circuits Syst. I: Reg. Papers》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》(原期刊为IEEE Trans. Syst. Man Cybernetics-Part B)、《Phys. Lett. A》、《Information Sciences》、《Nonlinear Dynamics》和《J. Math. Anal.
