闻海虎(1964年8月-),
望江县人,
南京大学物理学院教授,博士生导师。1985年本科毕业于
安徽大学物理系,1991年获
中国科学院等离子体物理研究所理学博士学位。曾在荷兰自由大学和德国洪堡基金做
博士后研究,现为
美国物理学会会士。闻海虎曾获得国家杰出青年基金、
长江特聘教授、香港求是基金杰出成就集体奖、海外华人物理学会
亚洲成就奖、
国家自然科学奖一等奖和国家自然科学奖
二等奖。
闻海虎主要研究领域为新型
超导体的合成和电输运、
热力学、精密磁化、扫描隧道谱等手段研究新型非常规超导材料的机理和
磁通量态物理。他特别关注具有非
恩利克·费米液体行为和量子临界特性材料的
物理性质。此外,闻海虎还担任国家"十五"
国家高技术研究发展计划新材料技术领域"超导材料与技术"专项总体专家组副组长、
中国科学院物理研究所超导国家重点实验室主任、科技部目标导向973项目"新型
高温超导材料和物理问题研究"首席科学家以及科技部创新人才推进计划重点领域创新團隊负责人。

致力于新型
超导体的合成, 高温超导体材料制备和
物理性质研究,新型高温超导机理和超导体
磁通量动力学研究。已经培养出博士30余名。
长期从事
超导和低温物理研究,在高温超导体磁通动力学,高温超导机理问题和非常规超导材料合成以及物理性质研究方面获得一批重要成果。主要研究对象包括关联
电子体系的非
恩里科·费米液体行为,
铜氧化物,铁基超导体的非常规超导机制和磁通态物理性质。
作为会议主席成功举办第十四届国际超导磁通物质态系列会议(2013,
南京市) ,戈登系列会议-2015超导大会(2015,香港)。
